Vendor Agreement.

What suppliers agree to when they claim a profile, list branches, invite reps, and respond to material lists.

Last updated July 28, 2026

Your profile

You confirm you are authorized to represent the business you claim. Branch addresses, hours, categories, brands, and fulfillment capabilities must reflect real operations and be re-confirmed when they change.

Representatives you invite

You are responsible for the reps you add, the territories you assign, and removing anyone who leaves the company. Representative personal contact details are not published; inbound requests are routed through the network.

Responding to material lists

Quotes you submit must reflect pricing you are prepared to honor for the stated expiration window. Substitutions and missing items must be disclosed on the quote.

Plans and fees

Paid plans cover platform features only. SkaiVendor does not sell leads, does not sell directory placement, does not sell verification, and does not charge transaction commissions at launch. Any future order-processing service would be introduced transparently with separate terms.

Suspension

Profiles that misrepresent a business, publish pricing they will not honor, or misuse contractor contact information may be suspended or removed from the network.

This page describes SkaiVendor's intended practices for the network. It is provided for information and is not legal advice.
