Material lists arrive with quantities, units and job context. Reply once with pricing and availability per line.
Orders and deliveries
Acknowledge orders, keep the status current and record what was delivered, so the contractor sees progress without calling.
Past-order receipts
Orders you won stay readable as receipts after the contractor stops sharing the job: lines, agreed pricing and the delivery record.
Your team, your roles
Owners and admins add reps with one-time invite links and remove access when someone leaves.
Only what's shared with you
Each contractor decides which jobs you can see and can end access at any time. You never see another supplier's quotes.

I got an invite — what is this?
SkaiVendor is the supplier workspace on the SkaiScraper Network. A contractor who buys from you invited your company so you can answer their material requests in one place.

A contractor you supply invited your company
They run their jobs in SkaiScraper and want to send you material requests there instead of by phone and email. The invitation link comes from them.

Open the link and sign in with the invited email
Create your SkaiVendor login, or sign in, using the same email address the invitation was sent to. The invitation works only for that address, and the address must be verified.

Your company gets a workspace
If your company isn't on SkaiVendor yet, you set it up and become its owner. If it already is, your company's admin approves you before you can see anything.
- 04
You see only what that contractor shares
Their requests for quotes, your own quotes, orders and deliveries, and the message thread for each shared job. Nothing from other suppliers, and the contractor can end access at any time.
- Who runs SkaiVendor?
- ClearSkai Technologies, the company that also builds SkaiScraper. SkaiVendor is the supplier side of the SkaiScraper Network.
- Does it cost anything?
- No. SkaiVendor is in private beta: nothing is billed and no card is collected. Pricing for later is published as planned pricing only.
- The link says it's expired or no longer open.
- Invitations expire and can be withdrawn. Ask the contractor to send you a new one from SkaiScraper.
- I signed in but see a private-beta notice.
- During the beta, access is also limited to approved accounts. Contact ClearSkai and tell us which contractor invited you.
- Does the contractor need a SkaiVendor account?
- No. Contractors work entirely in SkaiScraper. SkaiVendor is only for suppliers and their teams.
