Contractors ask in SkaiScraper. Suppliers answer in SkaiVendor.
SkaiVendor connects suppliers to the contractors they already serve. It is not the seller, distributor, manufacturer or guarantor of any order: pricing and terms are between you and the contractor.
From invitation to delivered
- 01
Accept the invitation
Open the link, then create your login or sign in with the invited email address. If your company is new to SkaiVendor, you become its owner.
- 02
Add your team
Owners and admins create one-time invite links for reps and admins. Reps invited by a contractor are approved by your admin first.
- 03
Answer requests with structured quotes
Price each line, mark what's available, and send. Revise by sending a new version, or withdraw a quote while it is open.
- 04
Fulfil the order
Acknowledge orders you won, keep the status current, and record deliveries with links to proof of delivery.
- 05
Keep the record
Past orders stay readable as receipts after the job stops being shared: the order, its lines, the agreed pricing and the delivery record.
Bring your suppliers onto the job
- 01
Invite the suppliers you buy from
From SkaiScraper, the contractor invites a supplier company by email address. SkaiScraper creates the invitation link.
- 02
Share a job and send a request
The contractor shares a job with that supplier and sends a request for quote with the material list.
- 03
Compare, accept and order
Quotes come back into the job in SkaiScraper, where the contractor accepts one and places the order.
- 04
Track delivery and stay in touch
Order status, delivery records and the message thread all stay on the job. The contractor can end a supplier's access at any time.
