Information we collect
We collect the account details you provide, name, work email, company, trade, service area, plus the material lists and quote requests you create in the product. Vendors additionally provide branch addresses, hours, fulfillment capabilities, and the reps they invite.
How we use it
Information is used to match contractors with suppliers and representatives in their radius, route quote requests to the right branch, and operate and improve the network. We do not sell contractor or vendor contact information.
What we share
When you send a material list to a vendor, that vendor sees your company, job context, and the list itself. Quotes you receive are visible only to your company. Representative personal contact details are never published on public profiles.
Retention and deletion
You can request deletion of your account and associated records at any time by contacting ClearSkai. Records required for legal or accounting obligations are retained only as long as required.
