Using the network
SkaiVendor is a discovery and quoting network. Accounts are for business use by contractors, suppliers, and their employees. You are responsible for the accuracy of the company information you publish and for activity under your account.
Quotes are between you and the vendor
SkaiVendor is not a party to any purchase. Pricing, availability, lead times, delivery, credit terms, and warranties are set by the supplier. We do not guarantee any price, savings, or inventory position shown in the product.
Neutrality and verification
Directory placement is not for sale. Verification is earned through review of business records and can never be purchased. We may remove or correct listings that misrepresent a business.
Acceptable use
Do not scrape the directory, misrepresent your company, submit requests you do not intend to buy against, or use representative contact routing for unsolicited marketing.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product develops. Material changes will be communicated to account holders before they take effect.
